Using a mobile phone or a telephone is not the end there is to getting calls, here has to be a distinction between getting just any call and getting relevant calls. Looking at it, people do complain about picking calls that are irrelevant to them. Getting to know who called you as a person might be easy, because you just have to check the missed call section of your phone, every phone has that. The problem comes when you see calls from people that you do not know or that hide their numbers form you. This class of people are usually called “annoying callers”. People do say that there is no day that comes and they will not receive calls from annoying people with hidden contact details whether online or so, this problem and this fact has even been used for many unjust act in this day, and so there is a need to check into it critically.  Unwanted callers appear everywhere, not because they just appear of nowhere, the source of most unwanted calls can be traced to telemarketing. It is possible for one to get a lot of calls from the same number that has been calling for the same purpose in just a day, and so, this is really a problem

Asides from the fact that the calls are annoying, they eat up one’s time and even wake you up from sleep.  There is software in the market and on various platforms now, that one can use to trace these annoying callers, who called.   First, the true caller application can be used to trace the ID of the person that called, but this can only work if the person calling on the other side has registered his or her number with the communications agency in that region. If not, the true caller will be of no use to helping. However, it is rare for one to find people that have not registered their line with the agency, but this is not to say that they do not exist, and some people in some countries do not register immediately they get the number.

After one gets the ID of the annoying callers, one can make use of the service of the reverse phone look-up.
