The armenian food is as old as its history almost 2000 years old. Cattle breeding being the chief occupation you will find plenty of meat on Armenian tables. Dairy products such as brine-ripened cheeses and sour-mild products are used for traditional Armenian beverages and dishes. Armenian cuisine also includes numerous cereals, greens and vegetables.
Traditionally armenian food was cooked on the fire. Tonir is the name of the clay furnace they used. The people in Armenia still use clay kitchenware. The technique employed to cook are rather complicated here. They include a lot of whipping, stuffing, soufflé and puree in cooking meat, vegetables and fish consuming a lot of time to prepare and cook. You will find some of the Armenian dishes simply melt in your mouth. 
So far as lebanese food is concerned, their sweets are hard to resist. They are made combined with syrup and nuts. Astha is a cream used as a foundation for all pastries. You cannot miss their shortbread stuffed with nuts and date paste. Baklava is considered as gold by the locals here. Every tourist to this country makes it a point to carry as much as Baklava he can back home.
