No journey in Singapore is complete without tasting some of the best Singapore food that country has to offer. Rather than writing a normal article about Singapore food and local delights and rattle of a range of the nearby eating places and their nearby foods, I'll provide you with our signature local foods and a few of the favorites - some of the finest local culinary competencies must offer. The list begins and ends with the best for all people and presents great memories of good tasting food.
Hainanese Chicken Rice. Rooster rice is amongst the popular dishes in Singapore. Laksa. Laksa is an unbelievable mixture of noodles crafted from flour in a curry like gravy made of spices, herbs, dried shrimp, coconut milk and chilli. It is served with slices of fishcakes, prawns and cockles.
Nasi Lemak is a morning food mixture of the Peranakan and some say it is the threshold of the Malays in Singapore. Coconut rice served with anchovies, fried frish, unique sambal and egg plus cucumber combo, it's a signature kampong dish that you cannot miss in your list of what to eat in Singapore.
