more like a brain coolant. Your heartbeat is racing; your breathing is high;
your pulse is higher than usual; perspiration is increased. At that moment, a
good music will help soothe your body. It will look as though everything is
paused. You will be able to perform optimally because your body is working, but
the music is making it relaxed despite the activity it is undergoing.

Some people resort to drugs in order for them to perform efficiently during
workout or sporting exercise. The truth of the matter is that music can be your
enhancer. You do need to use drugs in order to lift more weights. Play any fitness
music that makes you feel relaxed or at
home. When you do that, your body will produce hormones and neurotransmitters
that will help you perform at your best. The trick is that your body is feeling
calm despite the rigorous activity it is going through.
