Why Enrol Education Stated That
Writing CV Is Not Easy
People working
in the Enrol education have stated that writing curriculum Vitae (CV) or resume
is the most arduous task for anyone who is trying to look for job.
It is truly not an
easy thing to write a resume. You will just sit down and looking at your
computer system without knowing what to include in the CV; maybe those
vocational experience you had when you were in higher institutions or even some
experiences you have gathered during your primary and secondary school days.
What you should know is that whatever you want to put in your resume must have
relevance or pertinence to the job you are applying for.
The enrol
education has made it known that you need to include in your resume, two
different types of skills, which are
1.
Hard skills
2.
Soft skills
Hard skills are
those skills that you have got through various training and studying and that
are relevant to the job position you are applying for. For example, someone
applying for the position of an accountant may put those skills he has obtained
while making payrolls, even on a fictitious company that he has worked on while
in school in his CV.
Soft skills on
the other hand are those abilities and skills you have that can be applied to
any kind of job position. The soft skills are very important and needed by
everyone who is desirous to progress in his/her chosen career, so said by the Enrol. Soft skills are most times not taught by
teachers or lecturers, but are developed by you subconsciously and can make you
to be an important employee to any organization.
Notable soft
skills that you can develop which will make you excel well in any work you are
doing are briefly stated here.
1)
Your problem-solving and critical thinking
ability will go a long way to make you stand out in your organization. Most
employers are happy to have people who can think well and always try to solve
any issue given to them. To be able to do this, you are expected to be flexible
and be able to solve different types of problems that come your way in every
group, company or organization you are in.
Everything is
changing rapidly now and Enrol education predicts that there is high
possibility that jobs will be done differently in the nearest future than they
are done now. Only flexible-minded people will survive then.
2)
Enrol also advises that teamwork should be a
very indicative soft skill that should be found in every job applicant.
Teamwork should not just be in the CV alone, but must reflect in the way you
are willing to help others or ask for help, accepting that others also have
strength and weaknesses just like you and your acceptance of constructive
criticism while you try to resolve every conflict.
