How qlocktwo
changing the traditional way of displaying time
Traditionally wrist watches or wall clocks
used to be analogue which displays the time in numbers. Then digital clocks
took over those analogue clocks by display the time with exact value which
usually gets it data from internet rather than having fed with manually. But qlocktwo
was introduced to change the game of displaying just the numbers of a time. It
shows time value in form of words. The usual method of number display of time
is changed by this.
Appearance
This clock replaces the familiar round face
clock with a stylish and elegant, cornered designed where the time is
illuminated in letters and spell out the time at set intervals. This compact
and elegant look suits best when equipped in work place or living area or
sleeping place where it keeps saying time with regular interval in announcing
time in a stylish way.
In buchstabenuhr, the qlocktwo classic is available in different variant based on
size, colour or type of material used in this device. One popular and latest
device material is copper as it helps human providing immunity. Even these are available
as desk clocks, wall clock and wrist watches too.
How it works
These kinds of
devices keeps advising the passing time using only words which is more similar
to the words we use when describing the time during conversation like “it is
ten past three” or “it is quarter to twelve” and so on. This happens with the
illumination of appropriate merging of 110 brilliant white LEDs behind the
letter matrix on the clock front to spell out the current time in wording.
Such devices
are controlled by four type of brightness to set based on mood. And sensor is
helpful for setting brightness automatically depending upon the surrounding
light of the clock’s environment. It keeps displaying and announcing time based
on the interval we set or the automatic setting for five minutes will be used.
And it changes time in a typographical manner with dots appearing at each
corner as minutes passes.
