Maintaining an exercise routine during
pregnancy first trimester can help you stay and feel healthy at the best
possible level. Exercise during pregnancy helps a woman to improve her posture;
and also decreases the pain of discomfort such as fatigues and backaches. A
regular exercise during the period of pregnancy can also prevent gestational
diabetes (which occurs mainly during the pregnancy time), also helps to relive
stress, builds more stamina at the time of delivery and labor pains.
Well, if you are a person who was
physically active before the pregnancy period, then you must continue your
regular exercise during pregnancy time even, to keep you activity and body in
moderate. But, if you are a person who has never exercised before, you can
safely exercise and make it as your routine during your pregnancy period, but
after consulting your health care doctor. Slow walking is considerate to be
safe exercise during pregnancy; one must not try any new things or strenuous
activity during pregnancy.
