Respiratory diseases represent a group of very commonly occurring diseases of the human body. Of the different respiratory diseases, asthma is the most commonly occurring disease. This is a disease that can occur in people belonging to different age groups equal. For instance, children are victims of asthma as much as elders or middle aged or old aged people can be. In simple words, there is no specific age span that can fall victim to this specific disease. Basically, asthma definition includes difficulty in breathing in different types of scenarios or while performing different activities. However, its definition is not just limited to this above-mentioned domain. In fact, many crucial aspects are also included in the overall regime of asthma.    
Just as all the age spans are prone to asthma equally, in the same manner people belonging to any part of the world can become victim of asthma by developing the symptoms of asthma. This involves the developed countries, the developing countries and the under-developed countries as well. The operative mechanism of asthma includes inflammation as well as narrowing down of the human lungs. Due to these two things, the lungs no longer remain as functional as they usually are. This, in turn, results in acute difficulty in breathing which if not treated immediately can also lead to death as well. That is why; asthma is truly labeled as a very dangerous as well as deadly disease around the globe.
 All in all, the asthma symptoms are quite prevalent throughout the world. That is why; the cure of this disease is also undergoing continuous development and progress. The inhalers have always been there but they can just temporarily relief the asthma attack. They do not present any permanent cure for this disorder. The scientific community of the entire world is working quite hard in order to discover some permanent cure for asthma. However, for the time being, temporary cures are available in the market and they must always be present in immediate reach of the asthma patients because an asthma attack can occur at any time, without prior notice.
